PiSTORM 600 - RASPBERRY RPi ADAPTER FOR AMIGA 600 TURBO BOARD - PiSTORM600

  • £59.99

PiStorm 600 is an adapter which uses a Raspberry Pi to provide a CPU accelerator for the Amiga 600. It also provides a file-based SCSI device, RTG graphics and several other optional enhancements.

To use the PiStorm 600 you require a Raspberry Pi model 3A+ (NOT INCLUDED). Only the Pi 3-series is compatible with the current firmware version and only the 3A+ will physically fit without modification. Raspberry Pi Zero model 2 has also been confirmed to work. You also need a micro-SD card (NOT INCLUDED) to install the PiStorm software onto.

You can optionally use M2.5 standoffs (not provided in this sale) to help physically support the PiStorm. It is recommended you use 11mm standoffs or 10mm with 1mm washers.

Previous experience of using a Raspberry Pi will help. A manual instruction will be provided after purchase.

Please note:

Currently MapROM does not work with any ROM other than Kickstart 3.2 when Linux based Mushashi so a physical ROM will be required. This should not be an issue with Emu68, and MapROM should work as expected.

The PCB colour might be different from the one in the picture.
